It's been 2 months since I last recorded my weight. Unfortunately I have gained 3 kgs, taking my weight from 88 kg to 91 kg. I have stopped the Keto diet, and back into a calorie deficit diet. I am determined to get my weight down to 79 kg, if I am determined to get down to that by eating good food, but less of it. I really want to do more exercise too. I hope other people here can understand and I'll be here to support you too.
