On a roll again! After flirting with the 160s, I've finally dropped into the 160 range and stayed there for four days. Bye bye 170s! :) Here I come 150s! LOL
76.1 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
