It's amazing what a good night's sleep can do… and coupled with some sunshine, a good workout, and a lb down on the scale… there's no stopping me! Not even the fact that I have book work to do for the afternoon. I'll break it up though with a walk with my doggie and a golf lesson (wish me… and the golf pro… luck!)
But before I get any farther along in my day, I'll pray --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.
And I'll pray, breathe, log, journal & express my way through this one day and each one meal, moment, bite, thought & emotion. I'm so grateful for each of awesome you, my family & IRL friends, feeling well rested, bright sunshine & having the health and wealth to live this life I love! xoxox
