I rested for almost 2 months on maintenance calories, got +1kg which is mostly water 😎 Today I'm starting a new cycle! Going down from 2550 to 2000 kcal, 120+ g protein.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
