Intermittent fasting (IF) is producing quick results that I expect will last once I reach my weight loss goal. Why? Because all I am really doing is not snacking after dinner or late at night, and not eating breakfast before 9 am.
105.0 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week

I am trying to practice the same thing .... IF - no food after dinner - no later than 8 pm and hold off on eating breakfast until 9 am --- I am in the process of installing that IF right now. Thank you - It really is a kind of re-enforcement type of help or aid when other FS members are practising the same things. It helps to have the company. The last 20 pounds is no easier to lose than the first 20 pounds - the expectation is heavier to bear.

99% of the time I wait till 12 noon to eat breakfast. When I reach goal, I can still start gaining while IF but it does help to gain slower. It also helps the brain, and I sure need that.
