Doing a fat flush today, at least until I eat the brisket I'm smoking...

Sorry to brag, but WOW my brisket was awesome. Cut with a fork tender. Ate 14 oz. of it. Mmmm! Smoking meat is so fun and relaxing to me.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
