Official Saturday weigh-in: 184 lbs. and 16% body fat. That means I'm carrying 29.4 lbs. of fat, which means I lost 3.8 lbs. of fat this week! Those 2 fat flush days did the trick!

I'm skipping leg day today to focus on family things and I'm taking next week off from the gym to rest my body up for the next 10 week intense workout cycle.

Today is carb-up day, of which I will be taking full advantage! Recalculating the numbers gives me 1,950 calories for next week instead of 1,900.

I updated my profile picture with the latest progress.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
