Headed in the right direction again...if only for a few ounces.

Looking back, I believe my plateau recently is my body's adjustment after losing so much while I was sick for a week. So, I'm not as bothered by the status quo, even though I would like to see the numbers start dropping again...by pounds and not just ounces.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
