and on our way back down again... :-)

Doing a Fat Flush today, eating almost nothing but protein with as few carbs and fat as possible. This is the second one this week. Only 2 allowed per week on the Total Six Pack Abs program.

Gym performance was weak today. I skipped abs because my back hurts, probably from abs on Tuesday, where I think I lost my form a bit and was using my psoas muscles more than abs. However, I did get to 12 with 200 lbs. on the bench press and matched last week on the cable flys, so it wasn't all bad.

I'm taking next week off from the gym to give the body a break. I'm also cycling off of creatine and L-glutamine for 2 weeks, then will start back for the next 10-week cycle.

I cheated today and checked body fat with the calipers, which I'm supposed to be saving for tomorrow. Looks like I'll get that next notch down!
84.0 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
