Yesterday, IF, leg workout, 105 protein, 129 fat, 14 carbs, chicken salad, olives, string cheese, chicken, butter, muscle milk and HWC
71.4 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
