A little more of the up and down that happens between official weigh-ins.

Rough gym day. I'm running out of steam. As a matter of fact, since I have 2 days next week I'll have to miss (holiday and Wednesday) I'm going to take my 1 week off from the gym next week instead of the following.

I did pass my certification test, which has been consuming all of my spare time for the last month!

Didn't do full sets of deadlifts, just warm-ups. I just wasn't feeling it. Did get a little bit more out of rows and barbell curls.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
