It's not a big deal to be one pound lighter but coming after months of going nowhere and just bouncing about, around the same weight, it finally feels like I am on the right track again. On a plantbased diet now, with zero added oil/fat of any kind (where I can control it, at home). Blood pressure already down significantly, afer just one week. I know the other numbers including bad cholesterol will follow. Good luck to all of you for 2022! We can do it!
