Yesterday was a rest day, and I ended up losing another almost 2 pounds from the day before. It's now been about 2 full weeks since I started working toward weight loss by eating better and working out. My goal was to lose 10 pounds this month, and so far I've lost about 8 pounds. Things are going well, and I've adopted a couple of accountability tactics. I weigh myself daily to make sure I'm on the right track, but I don't let the number sway me if it doesn't lean in my favor for a couple of days. On top of that, I have a work out buddy and we share our weights with each other and support one another. Depending on how much weight I am able to lose this month, I will determine my next month's goal to be about half of that.
