Ok the count down to one of my mini goals is really turning up! On the 6th of June we will be leaving for the beach for 6 days and I like the be in the 150-155 range. Time to really buckle down and only make friends with lean proteins fruits veggies and water for the next month. I can do this! Looking to be 8-13 pounds lighter. Time to get it!!!
