Been sick. Not eating the same, not exercising. Not drinking wine. Could account for the weight loss. Feeling better now, should be able to go back to swimming on Monday.
Still trying to tap into how I feel. I find it difficult to gauge my hunger and satiety. Trying to let myself get hungry - really feel my stomach growl. And then point out to myself that I'm not indeed dying and that I can truly eat when and what I choose. I'm not ever so hungry that my stomach thinks my throat is cut (haha) just enough to remind myself that I am in charge.
