Seems like my metabolism is finally kicking in after being a plateau for a long, long time! IIFYM is the way to go! Even when life throws me off and I am forced to eat outside my daily macronutrients I am still losing. I even ate a milky way on my way home from work at 2 am just to keep me awake for the drive and it didn't affect anything! Ok not adding them to the diet but boy it was delicious!
60.1 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
