TGIF!! Will focus today, very big challenge...week-ends always are...so there is 49 WPA for me to use as a I want. Very carefully!
76.9 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
