I actually went on my first low carb diet ever in January 2011.
I had started off the week prior just watching calories but the more I read and researched the more I opted for low carb and cut out grains and processed foods which is primarily what I have done since Jan 8.
I could not get as low as 20 g carbs in Atkins induction type.
I think I really follow a blend of paleo/low carb using Atkins as a base.

I do not use a scale and could estimate my weight at around 192-195 at that time..feeling much too plump for my self.
Todays weight is also an estimate..I really have no idea but somewhere around there.

I love my yogurt and want to keep that in my diet.
I find it quite difficult to eat 70 g protein a day..almostimpossible without increasing carbs..so I vary on that day to day-sometimes more protein less carb.
A "full" day for me is about 50 g carbs (no grains) if I have yogurt or other added dairy.

87.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
