Have done pretty good so far this week. Down 3 pounds!!! Have had a few temptations, but have dealt with them pretty well. I did have an extra breadstick with the spaghetti we had last night but not an extra helping of spaghetti (which I really did want). I did have 19 activity points for yesterday from Zumba, so I used a few of those instead of my weeklies. Have resisted candy and doughnuts this week! Have been eating fruit instead. I feel my fierce coming back! ROAR!!!
