Well I'll average the weight at the end of the week see how i did. today was up but most likey due to heavy food and bloating.
Last night's work out was lacking due to soreness but I finished it!
118.0 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 36.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
