So my weight is at a stall the past couple weeks.. but I want to move on in the Atkins Phases.. so i am at OWLs now. no regretting since i added nuts and berries already. gonna keep a tight watch on food intake as I have been, but tighter. And i'm sure if i keep at it, something will give in. :)
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
