Still on the challenge, and by my calculations I burned at least 4,000 calories over what I took in. My body seems to be playing a retention game on me. We'll see what happens over the next couple of days. Frustrating tho!
99.5 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
