Someone wrote a couple of weeks ago, "I love it when I cheat"! And at that time, I didn't get it, but since I ate total crap over the past weekend, and have had a couple of absolutely forbidden treats in the interim and have STILL been back on the losing team, I'm starting to feel the love.
Part has to be the kick to the metabolism, because the only other thing I've changed is that I've had to really monitor how much water I get. I know it wasn't enough for a while, and I can feel the difference, just in general health.
Bright sun and cool air outside, and I'm losing again. It's a beautiful day. May it be so for everyone else as well!
