早上量了兩台確定下降下來
下降開心😊😊😊

mc結束,胃口變正常,比較不餓
就吃很少
早餐芋粿巧+拿鐵
午餐時間沒吃,排隊打疫苗
晚餐 控肉+水煮蛋+味增湯
早早就躺著睡覺
睡前 可不可紅茶+好時可可
😁可能這禮拜都這樣,水腫少很多變輕盈些
