Went to Dr. yesterday. She's thrilled with my weight loss and encouraged me to keep it up along with my exercise (which is really nothing more than me going to the mall to walk for an hour a few times a week).

Still a little congested, but feeling better!
77.9 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
