I stepped on the scale this morning and took my actual weight (yesterday I posted what I had seen the last time I was on the scale) I am at 144.4 lbs.

My workout last night went well...treadmill alternating between brisk walk, treadmill dancing and running for 35 min. I then did circuits for my upper body for another 30 min. It felt great.

This morning I made my favorite green juice, packed some vegies and fruit for lunch and was on my way!
65.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
