It's amazing how many more calories I can eat when I'm eating low carb! I mean I was making bad choices but still staying under on my calories and gained like 9 lbs.... starting to feel better already being back on plan as of yesterday and so far today!
110.2 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
