Just getting around to recording my weigh-in from Friday ... Was happy that I'm almost half way to the 150's now :). Will be recording my food/exercise later (had recorded it all on paper).
75.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
