Well here I go again. The old yo yo with the weight. I know that this is the way my body loses weight and you would think I could make friends with that. Well I do accept it I just do not like it. To discipline myself I must weigh daily so there I am. In limbo again. I am feeling better and people say I look better and some days I even believe that. So get on board Judy and stop complaining. Well hope you all had a pleasant day and a great evening.
93.2 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
