Shirfleur1 thanks for the rooting!!! it’s tough, but yes, determination and plain old stubbornness is getting me going. Mostly, it’s reality. My depression is noticeably under control on days I workout. I’m more alert, I’m less self sabotaging and I get more done. I like myself more. I don’t beat myself up for NOT working out, amongst other things.
It’s Day3, I put back on 20lbs after my big loss.. ok, I own that. But it doesn’t have to be the end of my story.
Already I have less back pain with all the stretching that I do.
This app really inspires me with all of the successes as well as struggling people out there. I am thankful for you all.
