The Good News: I lost a few more ounces.
The Bad News: I awoke yesterday with chills, aches, runny nose and a bad cough. Suffering a slight fever, I'm dieting on cold meds and water. I hate being sick! Especially on the weekend. :(
80.2 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
