after a week of my normal intuitive eating while tracking every single thing, I discovered that I need a lot of food to maintain current weight. Then, I was told by my trainer to start eating 2000kcal, and yes, my weight is going down. It's really weird, I always thought I need to eat a lot less if I want to lose weight.
