Not sure what’s happening. For 2 weeks I’ve been eating steamed chicken breasts, quinoa and sweet potato aswell as walking 5 km with my dog. OMAD aswell.
118.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
