Finally down a bit. I went all out and had 4 Miller Lite beers the other night which still didn't put me over my carb limit. The last few times I drank a little alcohol I went up so - I just had to test it and see if that was really the culprit. It didn't seem to be this time. I was actually down a bit the next day and down even more this morning. I understand that it will slow my weight loss but it is nice to know that I can have a drink once in a while without totally blowing my plan. Other than that, I've been following my plan very closely. Never more than 20 carbs a day and I am slowly starting to see some results. Total weight loss so far is 13 lbs. I have a VERY long journey ahead but some of my clothes are not quite as tight as they were. Now I really need to get up off my butt and exercise.
110.4 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 42.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
