Fast and abstinance on Ash Wednesday brought a drop in weight...hopefully this signals a new drop and not a plateau I experienced throughout much of Feb.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
