Yes!!!! I'm starting to feel and see the difference just with 13 lbs. gone. Maybe in a few more weeks I can lose the size 14 pants. :)
84.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
