Today I stepped on the scale and what a relief to see there's still some fat slowly slothing off. I think I'm noticing some slight changes in the composition of my body. I'd like to take some real before photos to examine the differences 😄
Short entry this morning. We are doing the before-school-morning routine (school starts 9/7) because we are having to acclimate to a new schedule to get him there by 7:45am every day. SEVEN FORTY-FIVE!!! It's. so. early.... But I get a got 30 minute walk in M-F so that's good.
