I've noticed that when I'm stressed, I turn to food and eat. Usually too much. When I'm worried, I don't have an appetite.

Family issues right now. Waiting, praying. Dreading a phone call. Food is the last
thing on my mind.
64.1 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
