Still hanging around a plateau...I've just got to get of this sticking point...very frustrating!!!
111.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

But you're still down 3.5 pounds in the last month (and it was a short one). I really think this is just your pattern - the up and down. It would drive me a little bonkers too, but at least you know you'll soon swing down to another new low. Hang in there Coach!
