Still at 159, but fat percentage is down. I keep reminding myself that slow and steady is the best way to lose. However the child in me wants it NOW!
72.1 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We don't gain our weight overnight so we can't expect to lose it overnight either. Would be excellent if there was a magic wand however sadly we know that is not the case.

Had to pop in and see how you're doing. Yeah, the first part of losing weight was easier but as we get smaller the longer it seems to take. I have to be careful of carbs because if they're too high I stop losing. We have to remember; we are worth the work! {{{hugs}}}

Thanks Ruby. Carbs are a problem for me too. Over the long haul my weightloss is consistent, but week to week and month to month it can really vary. I've been on this journey for 32 months and have lost 96 pounds so an average of 3 pounds per month. That sure doesn't mean 3 pounds every month! Some months it's 5 or more others zero!
