The scale is going down slowly but surely! I prefer the slow loss as opposed to a faster one because it will be easier to keep it off and maintain. Proud of me for deciding to (make myself sometimes) do and keep doing this lifestyle change. Hope everyone is going to have a blessed Saturday!
