Day3️⃣6️⃣ Oh, I am dyeing from this next phase Week 5 Barre workout, but I am resilient. This is an affirmation for today. Oh, I hope I can make it through! How many times in life I was full of tears and close to quit - first trip to the US when I was 18 and no job, no housing; first year of graduate school, when I just couldn't make sense of a scientific paper, let alone write your critique... Things were happening, but as long as I don't give up - solutions and help come! Just don't give up and keep this challenging, but rewarding journey! 💕💕
