I don’t even know…. I guess I could point to drinking more and eating more sugar. I don’t feel like I was eating or drinking more than what I used to do when I could maintain the weight loss. Most of my periods of weight gain over the last decade were due to pregnancies, but this go round I have struggled to lose the weight and keep it off.
I’m feeling very frustrated by the whole thing and trying to decide how I want to move forward.
I think I’ll try raw till dinner and a mostly paleo meal plan. 🤷♀️ tbd
