I'm really frustrated 😠 I can't keep weight on, I keep going up and down. My Dialysis team wants me to keep my weight at 109 lbs at all times, I've tried almost everything. I guess I'll just have to try more things because I'm not giving up!!! I CAN do this and I WILL do this!!! 😀😁👍

Hi Nana, I'm sure you've tried this.. but, do you like cheese? Could you try to add some to every meal? There's such a huge variety it can find it's way into every meal and snacks too. If you do shakes, add some ricotta. Ricotta is also good with a sprinkle of sugar/cinnamon, or just a scoop on your spaghetti! Mozzarella is one I like to have on hand too - I buy the pre-sliced Galbani (for me 70 calories a slice, 3 slices with tomato, extra virgin olive oil) - I've got the opposite issue - weight loss, not gain - so I don't know if this will help with other medical issues you might be having. (I thought of ricotta and mozzarella because they're easy to find in any store and also the ones I've had to curtail to lose!)

I've never had this problem before, I've always been over weight, I used to tip the scale at a little over 400 lbs 😅 and now I can't keep the weight on 😏 Good Luck in your Journey and God Bless

Nana, so sorry you are having this struggle. To add to the cheese suggestion avocados are also high in fat. There's a list on healthline.com that lists 10 healthy foods hgh in Fat. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/10-super-healthy-high-fat-foods. Hope this helps. This isn't a link. Thank you CC, I love Avocados 🥑 and I have Avocado Toast at least 3 to 4 times a week in hopes it will help..
