Ate like crap yesterday and paid the piper this morning on the scale... don't care I have Bronchitis and feel like crap! It was total comfort food yesterday... boy my tummy paid the price last night!
110.7 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
