Went on vacation for a little less than a week, and decided to not log during that time. First day back, and my numbers are definitely not as dire as I’d feared! I let myself have dessert, bread, and other things without counting calories. It’s a good sign when I get to my goal weight that I can live a moderated lifestyle… although I did swim 66 laps in the pool one day, YouTube HIIT another day, and did C25K for the last two days.
68.3 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
