저녁은 배가 안고픈데 주말 마지막이라 뭔가 아쉽넼ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
50.8 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.2 kg a Week
