今日份早餐🥣——

水煮蛋2顆
苦瓜282克(熟重)
排骨+豬軟骨肉52克(熟重)
紅薯1塊
芭樂1顆
冰美式1/2杯

(昨晚我爸下廚煮了苦瓜排骨湯,
但輕斷食期間沒辦法吃,
只好等到早上,
哇嗷~還是一如既往的美味😋
(發現習慣20:4輕斷食之後,
其實20小時之間不太會餓的,
而且一日3公升水量超容易達成!
(今天比較早吃,或許到明天進食能夠斷個
24、25小時也說不定🤔
