I did not forget about you. I have been training intensly and did not budge but I have dropped 2 sizes. I think it's great news. I can do better.
I am very sorry I have not logged my food or exercise. I have incorporated super foods and have been able to stick to a regimine of exercise. It's a plus!
I am taking a physiology course and it is definetly giving me more insight to how the body works.
Stay motivated. tomorrow is another day :)
