tqt ! moi c'est pareil .. jai repris pratiquement 2 kg en qq jours 😫 mais je ne relâche rien 👍 je dois atteindre 68kg pour une intervention chirurgicale fin août. jai donc 4 kg à perdre. Bon courage pour la suite 🤞
